TI Cordinator Project
o JOB PURPOSE
- To assist Senior Project Manager in the overall success of the project, andN meet target forN maintenance
o KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare a realistic project plan, cost estimation and Ensure that project wills on-time, on-budget.
- Define project organization structures, staff levels/skills/qualifications to meet forecasted project requirements and assist with recruitment of staff based.
- Report project status to customer dan management on a regular basis.
- Problem solving for Technical dan project issue.
o GENERAL REQUIREMENT
Qualification :
- Has technical background on RBS of Nokia, Huawei, Ericsson.
- Has management skill and sales support capability.N N N
- Have good contact / network among the TI or BTS engineers locally and in the region.
- Experience : Minimum 5 years experience in technical and 3 years experience in project management
- S1 degree from Electrical Engineer / Telecommunication Engineer / Computer Engineer
- Fluency in English
- Deep experiences and understanding for Testing dan Commissioning microwave/BTS.
- Utilizing Site Master, SDH analyzer, Power Meter, Ber Tester, etc.
- Able to work under pressure and always maintain the integrity

- Able to provide Project Scheduling, Reporting dan set-up customer meeting
- Good personality, easy going, can build good communication w/ internal dan external on daily basis
- Willing to work hard dan complete the job on-time
- Ready to handle multiple projects
- Willing to work on project outside Jakarta
- Experience in Project Management area (Managing the Project from awarded until finish) for minimum 3 years
- Has passed standardN PM Training will be advantage
