QHSE Coordinator

Responsibilities:
To control Quality/Health dan Safety (OHdanS/ISM)/Environmental and Security (ISPS) Auditsandmonitor Customer complaints for better quality/health dan safety (OHdanS/ISM) and environmental standards
To organize training on quality/health dan safety (OHdanS/ISM) and the environment
To liaise with Assessing Bodiesand the vessels Masters and the General Manager with regard to health dan safety and pollution prevention
To act as the a �Designated Person Ashorea t (DPA) under the ISM Code and Management Representative for Quality/Health dan safety (OHdanS/ISM)/Environment and the CSO for ISPS
To monitor the health dan safety and pollution prevention aspects of the fleetandensure accidents and hazardous events are reported and investigated
To ensure compliance of the safety system on board and maintain the company safety accreditation by doing internal audit
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelora �s Degree in nautical studies , Marine Engineer COC from approved maritime institute or attended lead auditor course for ISM/ISPS
Minimum 3 years as Safety Officer on Board or 2 years as Safety Officer Shore base
Process good knowledge on OHAS 18001 Certification, ISO 9001 and 140001,ISPSand ISM
Able to review and comment the safety system in the company
Accredited Auditor for ISM / ISPS by approved body
Able to conduct of safety drills and emergency drills
