Operational Excellence Team Leader

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain good relationship with other departments related to projects assigned
Lead process improvement
Manage and develop team members
Knowledge transfer and seek for new project with Business and Support functions partners

Requirements:

Education minimal Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering
Work experience minimum 5 years in Project Management or Process Improvement role/environment in Bankingor other FinancialInstitutions
Ability in coaching to ensure knowledge transfer to Team Members
Good knowledge and experience in Six Sigma/Lean
Having Black/Green Belt or ISO Certification is preferred
Strong analytical and problem solving skill
Good communication skill and a team player.
