Retail Marketing Staff

Responsibilities:
a Conduct regular Marketing Needs Analysis amongst the dealerships and conceptualize concepts for ATL and BTL activities at dealership network.
a Develop retail marketing process descriptions and requirements for dealer network, conduct trainings to socialize the new processes and support dealerships in the implementation of retail marketing communication activities.
a Monitor retail marketing communication activities of dealer network according to overall company strategy and make sure that all activities meet CI/CD guidelines.
a Propose retail Marketing Communication Tools (POS material) for dealership network.
a Visit and provide marketing consultation to dealer network on a regular basis.
a Provide reports about the retail dealer marketing communication activities.

Requirements:
a Educational level / Training: a Bachelor Degree in Marketing Communications, Business Administration, Management or related area.

Experience:

a Minimum 2 years working experience in retail marketing communication, sales or related functions in automotive industry.

Specific Knowledge and Skills
a Good presentation and facilitation skill.
a English literate both written and verbal.
a Computer literate: Microsoft Office a � Words, PowerPoint dan Excel.
a Excellent interpersonal / communication skills.
a Pro-active and well organized.

Technical Trainer - Commercial Vehicle

a To conduct certification for retail technicians based on Mercedes-Benz Job Profiles.

Educational level / Training:
a Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent. Certified Trainer

Experience:
a Minimum 2 years working experience in workshop and or in in training related fields.

Specific Knowledge and Skills :
a Good Knowledge on Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle product.
