Legal Counsel

Responsibilities:
Preparing, drafting and finalizing car rental contracts, house rentals contract, hauling roads construction contracts, bridge and weight bridge construction contract.
Give legal opinion and legal consideration to any contracts entered by the company with its counterpart.
Make sure that every contracts are in compliance with prevailing laws and regulations
Give solution and advices to users about any consequences that might arise towards any contracts entered by the Company.
Attend every meeting and represent the companies during negotiation process.
Structuring transactions
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Law or equivalent.
Required skill(s): advocate license, BAR Certification will be preffered.
Required language(s): English
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
