Responsibilities:

Prepares the organization capabilities to anticipate the growth of the company through talent management, career path, succession planning, associated behavior and expected competencies

Requirements:

Bachelor degree and above from Human Resource, Management, or Psychology
Minimum 5 years experience in training or talent management with at least 2 years at management level.
Able to understand and articulate the strategic value of integrated Talent Management processes with strong business acumen
Able to develop Training Need Analysis and Training Map
Good Communication and Leadership skills
Good conceptual thinkingFluent in English both written and oral
