HR OFFICER (Central Kalimantan)

Responsibilities:
* Handling HR Administration
* Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
* Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff

Requirements:
* Minimum D-3/S1 any discipline
* Minimum 3 years experience
* Having knowledge and understanding in all HR function especially in Recruitment, Training dan Development, Compensation dan Benefits, General Affair matters, Indonesian Labor Laws dan Regulation and Industrial Relation
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with plenty of data
* Good interpersonal skills
* Computer literate
* Willing to be located in Central Kalimantan
