Customer Service Supervisor
Tangerang (Banten) - Karawaci

Responsibilities:

Make sure that SK front liner ( Customer Service Officer dan Greeter ) already give the best service based on SOP standard ; skill, knowledge dan attitude
Keep monitoring all of service quality deliverable of Supermal Karawaci to visitors.
Create special program, thematic program and service of Customer Service Team.
Responsible and as Person In Charge as Leader Support for Team Leader Customer Service on Customer Handling Process, follow-up and monitor the complaint until done and make sure all complaint was handled with clear

Requirements:

Male / Female
25 a � 28 Years Old
S1 in any majoring
minimal 3 years experience in Customer Service
Able to use Microsoft Office
Fluently in English
Good Communication/Pro Active, Dicipline, Teamwork
