Customer Service

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent technical and commercial support to the companya �s customer base in line with the Companya �s Customer Service Standards.
Handling customer by phone or surat elektronik [surel/email]s
Responsible for customera �s enquiries and problem solving
Updated customera �s interaction and follow up with them immediately

Requirements:

Female only, Diploma Degree in any business discipline
Have 3-5 years working experience in Customer Service, especially handling sales quotation, processing purchasing order until prepare customera �s invoice.
Candidates must had EXPERIENCE IN SAP OR OTHER INTEGRATED SYSTEM
Candidates that have multinational company background would be advantage
Candidate must be fluent in English by written and verbal
Good communication and interpersonal skills, initiative, service and result oriented also able to work under pressure
Fast learner and possess positive thinking attitude
Highly proficient in MS office and particularly in MS Excel
