Currently we are seeking for young and dynamic candidates to grow with us for this following position:

Corporate Internal Control
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning, executing and completing audit fieldwork according to established schedule, recommending internal control improvements that may include operational enhancements or efficiencies , and the preparation of audit reports as well as documenting controls.
Lead the internal auditor team in conducting the audits and ongoing reviews of organization controls, operating procedures, and compliance with policies and regulations.
Performs and leads audits for assigned areas of operations, including financial, operational and compliance audits, in accordance with acceptable audit standards and within stipulated schedules and budgets.
Establish risk based audit/ internal control review programs.
Review the suitability of internal control design.
Communicate and liase with various departments within the company and group

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree of Accountancy/ Economics or equivalent.
Strong knowledge and competencies in Internal control approach and concepts, accounting matters, and project management skills.
At least 7 years of working experience in the related field.
Preferably having experience workin in manufacture, especially food industry
Proficiency in using MS Office and speaking English, able to speak Mandarin will be preferred.
Result oriented, high driven, self motivated and high initiative.
