We are currently recruiting a Country Manager a � Timor Leste, to be based in our established office in Dili, Timor Leste. The successful applicant will be offered a 2 year maximum term contract.
Reporting to the Manager Regional Operations (based in Melbourne), this position will manage a small office with responsibility for ensuring the strategic delivery of a high quality program in Timor Leste,
The successful applicant will have;Demonstrated program management experience a � with a focus on strategic project/program development and implementation and monitoring as well as security, risk and critical incident management A substantial track record in volunteer/deployee managementa � especially experience dealing with wellbeing support, conflict and sensitive issues Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and communication skills Working knowledge of development issues in the region and well-developed cross cultural awareness Strong administrative, financial and problem solving skills a � experience managing a small office will be well-regarded RelevantN language skills are highly desirable.
