The Abadi field is a large gas discovery located some 350 km east of Timor Island in Indonesian waters and 350 km north of Darwin, Australia. It lies adjacent to the northern international boundary with Australia, in 400a �800 Microsoft water depth. The Masela Production Sharing Contract (PSC) was awarded to INPEX Masela as Operator with 100% interest in November 1998. The discovery well, Abadi-1, was drilled and completed in late 2000. INPEX has been planning for the development of the field through application of a 2.5mmtpa Floating LNG installation for a Stage 1.
The project is starting the FEED (Define) Phase of the Stage 1 FLNG Development, whereby the SURF FEED will be performed by a single Contractor and the FLNG FEED will be a design competition between two Consortia with the successful FEED Consortia proceeding through to EPC of the FLNG facility.
The Full Field Development (FFD) is to enter into Concept Select Phase during 2012 which will entail formation of a Full Field Development Team and implementation of Offshore/Onshore Surveys and Concept Select Consultancy Contracts for screening of multiple development options, including large scale FLNG.

Responsibilities:
* Manage the processes of providing, acquiring and analyzing subsurface data for and from exploration, appraisal, and development drilling activities in Masela Assets.
* In coordination with Managers of Geophysics, Geology, Reservoir Engineering and Petroleum Engineering and Drilling Department, manage, coordinate and set up data acquisition strategy and planning of geological part of drilling activities.
* In coordination with Drilling Department and Geology Manager, manage, coordinate and supervise wellsite geological activities for the drilling operations.
* Manage and coordinate with Drilling Department and Geology, geology-related works/data for and from drilling activities.
* In coordination with Subsurface Data Management team, manage the process of acquiring/securing/storing subsurface data obtained from drilling activities
* Manage the coordination, preparation and presentation at the meeting in association with Joint Venturea �s and government organizationa �s relation.
* Coach and provide the motivation to ensure performance and competency growth of team members.
* Manage teama �s budgeting and control expenditure.
* Ensure compliance to existing laws, regulations and companya �s Health, Safety and Environment standard procedures and practices.
* Ensure own performance and professional competency growth.
Requirements:
* Male or Female
* Academic degree in science and/or engineering related to subsurface data management.
* A minimum of 12 years in the Oil dan Gas Industry a � with at least 10 years in the areas of subsurface data acquisiton, processing and management.
* Good interpersonal and communication skill with fluent English both spoken and written.

Sr Development Geophysicist

Responsibilities:
* Provide advanced professional expertise in the processes of geophysical data acquisition dan studies for the development of reserve estimates and production forecast of Masela Asset.
* Provide advanced professional expertise in the processes of setting up subsurface data acquisition strategy and planning.
* Provide advanced professional expertise in the processes of geophysical work such as data acquisition, processing, interpretation and related analysis.
* Provide advanced professional expertise in the processes of compiling results of geophysical studies and analyses in order to optimize the field development plan.
* Provision of inputs (geophysics field study, geological modeling and surveillance data) to support well location choice.
* Preparation of well proposal and completion requirements
* Provide advanced professional expertise in the processes of subsurface geophysical data management.
* Work with other professionals in the Geophysics department in establishing specifications for the tender process and/or vendor selections
* Ensure own and team membera �s performance and professional competency growth.
* Control own and team membera �s worka �s expenditure.
* Ensure compliance of own and team membersa � works to existing laws, regulations and companya �s Health, Safety and Environment standard procedures and practices.
Requirements:
* Male or Female
